Our state-approved 60-hour (32-hour seat-time hybrid) Principles of Real Estate Course will equip you with everything you need to obtain your Virginia Real Estate license and launch the real estate career of your dreams! Session will be taught at night virtually on Google Meet with a live instructor, Michael Peña (Hablo Español). Attend from anywhere you are! Fee includes eBooks embedded with study guides, videos, PLUS our HCG Real Estate Licensing & Career Launch Resource Guide to prepare you for the PSI exam! 

THIS COURSE FULFILLS THE 60-HOUR PRELICENSING COURSE REQUIREMENT.
