iThriveHer's Cyber ThriveHer Academy and Capital One Coders are partnering to present a FREE 2-day, virtual web development workshop for middle school & high school girls. Students will be introduced to HTML and CSS, two of the core coding languages for building web pages. HTML provides the structure of the page, and CSS displays the visual and graphic layout that makes a website look great. 

No previous coding experience necessary!

IMPORTANT: 

Program Equipment - Students will need a Chromebook or other laptop device, earbuds with a microphone, and access to both Zoom and Glitch, free web applications. 

***Please test and confirm that these platforms will be able to be used to their fullest extent without any firewall issues in advance of our programming. Students will need to participate in BOTH 90-minute sessions to get the most from the program. Students will receive the Zoom link prior to the workshop.***
