Senator Mark R. Warner and Senator Tim Kaine cordially invite you to a Commonwealth Coffee honoring Black History Month. This event is an opportunity for African-American faith leaders, government officials, community organizers, civic engagement groups, and community service organizations, to speak with the Senators and members of their staff. Date: Tuesday, February 28, 2023 Time: 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Location: Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 430, 50 Constitution Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20515 Enter through the Dirksen Auditorium Door along C Street NE. RSVP: Space is limited. Please RSVP here by Friday, February 24, 2023. Transportation and Parking: There is no parking available for private automobiles, buses, or other vehicles on Capitol Grounds. Paid parking is available at Union Station (approximately four city-blocks from the Capitol Complex). Union Station and Capitol South metro stops are the closest to the Capitol. For visitors needing accessible parking, there are a limited number of available spaces located in the parking lot on the corner of First and C Streets NE. These spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are available to visitors displaying a placard for people with disabilities. Accessibility: Visitors needing sign language interpreting services or other resources to make this visit accessible should send an email to Projects_@warner.senate.gov.
