This event will have a panel of entrepreneurs to share their experiences and lessons learned on managing a business through a crisis, their strategies to managing and motivation employees after a pandemic, financial survival and seeking resources that helped them to chart a path forward. A representative of the Virginia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to help assist business to the next level. This program welcomes other business owners an opportunity to tell their story and secrets that helped them overcome the COVID-19 Pandemic.
