Mrs. Marlo Thomas Watson is currently the Founder, and  Chief Engagement Officer for the Marlo Companies (TMC).  Marlo is adept at supporting organizations in identifying,  analyzing, designing, and managing various organizational development initiatives. She has supported organizations and teams in creating systems and processes which create belonging, performing audits,  facilitating retreats, and coached leaders on transforming their team dynamics. 

Marlo is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) and a Certified Gallups Global Strengths Coach. TMC is also an authorized and certified Wiley DiSC partner. She also possesses  a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, MS in Public Administration, and a  Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. 

TMC provides Executive Coaching, Organizational Development, and Human Resource support to to individuals,  teams, and organizations. TMC uses the following tools to support our clients in transforming: Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, DISC, and  True Colors.
