Highly dedicated, innovative, and goal-driven, Isaac Patterson is a spearheading Food Service Management expert who has been raising the restaurant/hospitality industry standards bar for the last 30+ years. As the Founder and CEO of Rock-Solid Restaurant Group, Inc., Isaac has an extensive professional background involving business development, food service management, operational assessments, and food service sanitation, and has cultivated the fundamental leadership skills necessary to boost bottom-line growth all while driving new levels of customer satisfaction along the way.


Native to Ridgeland, SC, and raised by a mother who owned a business, Isaac discovered early on in life that he wanted to own and operate his own business someday. This rooted entrepreneurial spirit, along with his infused commitment, resilience, and strong work ethic, became the catalyst for Isaac to begin his career in the United States Coast guard as a Food Service cook, where he remained for 13 years. From there, Isaac later started working as a Director of Restaurants for the Hilton Hotels in Daytona Beach, Florida, and then became the Director of Food and Beverage for the Hyatt Hotels for another 12 years. During this time, Isaac became keenly specialized in management processes and best practices, as he managed and directed 7+ other restaurants, lounges, and bars while servicing that role. 


Fast forward to today and holding several other prestigious Director/Senior Director positions for iconic names, including BF Saul Hospitality Group and Plan Do See American Inc. (where he developed and operated over 16 properties worldwide), Isaac is now the proud owner of Rock-Solid Restaurant Group, Inc. This is a Serviced-Disabled, Veteran-Owned small business and is respectively Minority/Women-owned with SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certification. Between the robust institutional wealth of knowledge amongst the food service team and Isaac’s rich first-hand experiences over the last three decades, it pedestaled the company to become a reputable food and beverage management servicing/operational assessing resource. In fact, it currently owns and operates a Subway Franchise in Fredericksburg, VA, along with eight other franchise restaurants in the pipeline.

 

As a powerhouse professional, nothing makes Isaac happier than leveraging his collective expertise to not only meet his customers and team’s expectations, but exceed them every time. Overall, he has a true ardency for his career and demonstrates his devotion by developing his opulent brand and services on a foundation of quality, authenticity, and trust. This, in conjunction with his keen interpersonal skills, robust inventory of accomplishments to date, and instilled passion for the industry as a whole, is what has positioned Isaac to become the cornerstone food service leader that he is today.


Being the hardcore foodie that he is, there is no denying that Isaac loves what he does. He has proven to excel in anything he sets his mind to and takes pride in being able to give both small and large-scale customers the second to none experiences they deserve. However, when Isaac is not working, you can often find him spending time with family and rooting for his favorite sports teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Los Angeles Lakers.
