Helena J. Rush is the Co-Founder and Principal of NeuralEdge Consulting and an AI Compliance Architect serving regulated financial institutions.

Helena brings over 25 years of cybersecurity engineering experience, having built and secured systems inside the regulated environments she now serves. Her credentials include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), CPD Certified AI Consultant, and advanced training from HarvardX in Cybersecurity and Risk in the Information Age.

Before launching NeuralEdge, Helena spent her career on the inside of enterprise security and compliance infrastructure, giving her a rare perspective that combines technical depth with regulatory fluency. She understands what examiners look for because she has built the systems they evaluate.
