Mallori is a passionate and empathetic leader with a proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, organizational development, and change management, committed to driving impactful initiatives in a dynamic environment.
As CEO of Growductive Consulting, an L&D Consulting Agency, she helps clients solve their learning gaps by creating custom, engaging training solutions. She is also a certified Gamification Facilitator and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner; proficient in managing projects from conception to completion, Mallori excels in leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative systems that prioritize equitable experiences, even in high-pressure situations. Her experience extends to working closely with executives and C-suite level stakeholders, where I have successfully implemented strategies to drive organizational success and manage change effectively.
Mallori is the Founder of Black in L&D, a non-profit professional network of over 3,000 Black Talent, Training, and Learning Professionals. With a passion for community and collaboration, Mallori has a unique ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life and help them reach their full potential.
Originally from California, Mallori lived 10+ years abroad in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Turkey before settling in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
