Bridges to Independence is focused on helping low-income or no-income families break intergenerational cycles of poverty. As a nonprofit, the work that needs accomplished can only be done with the support of community partners, like you.

Bridges to Independence is a nonprofit, based in Arlington, whose vision is to break intergenerational cycles of poverty. We do this through three core programs: provide emergency shelter to families experiencing homelessness, offer a next-step housing program, and invite households in the Green Valley neighborhood to participate in our community empowerment initiatives.
