Antoine Coaching and Consulting is a veteran and minority-owned small business located in Northern Virginia. Owners Richard and Remona Antoine are Certified Coaches, Trainers and Speakers. We offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. Working together, we will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

We have extensive experience working in the public and private sector, serving in multiple leadership roles and navigating a variety of complex national security issues. Richard spends a majority of his time coaching executives in the federal government. We draw from years of experience coaching and providing training to hundreds of diverse individuals and groups from five of the seven continents.
