Our mission is to support entrepreneurs, small businesses and solopreneurs in running successful businesses by managing their daily tasks. We focus on providing services for ad-hoc projects; while offering hourly rates and long-term support on retainer. 

A Plus Consultants is owned and operated by Aisha Youins and based in Northern Virginia. Aisha has a background in Strategic Operations, Policy Development and Project Management. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Strayer University. 

Aisha enjoys working with businesses to solve their everyday administrative needs and contributes a great deal of her time volunteering with local non-profit organizations.
